If your parking stay is cancelled or postponed for any reason, please contact us to reschedule your parking stay or for a full refund. You can cancel your reservation or reschedule your parking stay by emailing us at [email protected] or texting/calling us at 515-829-8055. When your parking reservation is submitted online, the daily rate is secured. For this reason, your reservation rate may not be combined with any additional coupons, special offers or other promotions at the parking lot. Your credit card will be charged when you submit your reservation online. Your charge card purchase will indicate the purchase was from Jet Parking. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional parking hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your parking reservation. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for parking days not used.
